What you will do

• Lead medium and large Cloud/AI projects from initiation to outcome tracking.
• Own delivery planning and capacity management with Engineering and Product leads.
• Build, maintain, and improve delivery processes, including workflows, backlog governance, and reporting.
• Track and report progress, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning priorities and facilitating estimations.
• Coordinate work across multiple stakeholders and teams, including Engineering, Product, and SRE/Operations.
• Proactively manage risks, scope, and change requests, driving escalation and decision-making.
• Facilitate Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, adapting practices to team context.

Requirements

• Strong Project Management background with experience in planning, budgeting basics, risk and change management, and rollout/release management.
• Agile delivery experience with Scrum and/or Kanban, guiding teams through iterations.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, including resource allocation, team coordination, and coaching.
• Experience running cross-team work without formal authority over all individuals.
• Process optimization skills, including designing workflows and improving delivery efficiency.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder management, client relations, and clear status reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with experience in dashboards/analytics tools like Power BI or Grafana.

• Domain knowledge in Cloud and/or AI products.
• Experience in scaling delivery processes for growing teams or products.
