What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for multiple payment products.
• Lead payment product teams to deliver strategic initiatives and drive accountability for business outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to launch and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with payment regulations (PSD2, KYC, AML, data security).
• Collaborate with business, engineering, data, compliance, operations, and platform leaders to deliver scalable, high-performing payment solutions.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams, fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or related technology businesses.
• Proven track record of building and scaling payment products with demonstrable business impact.
• Knowledge of payment regulations and compliance including PCI-DSS, data privacy laws, and regional payment scheme requirements.
• Deep expertise in payment ecosystems including card networks (Visa, Mastercard), real-time payments, digital wallets, PSP, and emerging payment technologies.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on architecture decisions, API design, and integration strategies.
