Product Manager (AI): Contributing to the growth of a sustainability data management platform with an accent on shaping and delivering AI-powered features. Focus on creating tangible value for users by developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, gathering requirements, and tracking performance metrics.

Location: Based in London with at least one day per week in the office. Alternatively, may be based in Paris under the same hybrid arrangement.

What you will do

• Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and data insights.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Gather and define product requirements, translating user problems into clear specifications and user stories for AI-powered features.
• Track product performance metrics, analyze data and feedback, and implement changes to continuously improve the product.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, managing expectations and securing necessary support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space.
• Proficient in English, French is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of user research principles and requirements elicitation.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex data-driven features.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, automation, or advanced analytics.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and facilitate ideation workshops.
