Product Lead - ALM & Treasury Systems (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for ALM, FX Exposure management, and Liquidity reporting.
• Lead the mapping of transactional data to General Ledgers (GL) and the Chart of Accounts (CoA).
• Act as a high-level sparring partner to the Treasurer and Head of Accounting, challenging current methodologies.
• Build systems and frameworks to monitor and manage global liquidity exposure in real-time.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive requirements, prioritize builds, and ensure compliance.
• Shift the organization to a platform-centric model where systems are built for scale.

Requirements

• Deep background in ALM, Treasury, or Financial Engineering within Fintech or Banking.
• Intimate understanding of FX exposure within balance sheets and risk mitigation through system-driven logic.
• Experience building or implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ALM platforms from scratch.
• Deep understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity Risk.
• Experience with Financial Reporting Systems and ERP integrations.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Business Systems Analysis in a high-growth environment.
