What you will do

  • Manage, draft, and review client briefs for integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure client deadlines are met and manage agency workload in collaboration with the team.
  • Liaise with clients, clarify questions, manage expectations, and communicate updates/recommendations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ business and advise on communication solutions.
  • Build excellent working relationships with key clients through regular meetings and planning.
  • Ensure project success criteria are met, delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering digital multi-channel marketing communications.
  • Proven client development with a focus on building trust-based partnerships.
  • Experience in digital strategy development, including performance and branding campaigns.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute new ideas to the agency.
  • Professional working proficiency in German with excellent English skills.
