What you will do
- Drive revenue growth with existing Spruce customers, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
- Initiate sales processes from prospecting and scheduling to proposal development and closing deals, handling inbound requests.
- Manage assigned territory to drive pipeline growth, focusing on new account acquisition and up/cross-selling Spruce eCommerce products.
- Develop strategic account growth plans and "access to power" with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and deliver monthly forecasts and thorough Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience selling revenue-generating SaaS or software solutions to SMBs or Mid-Market Enterprise Organizations.
- Experience in the lumberyard, building material, hardware store, or home custom design project markets.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including implementation and optimization.
- Familiarity with Franklin Covey or Challenger sales methodologies.
- Proven history of performance in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
