What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth with existing Spruce customers, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Initiate sales processes from prospecting and scheduling to proposal development and closing deals, handling inbound requests.
  • Manage assigned territory to drive pipeline growth, focusing on new account acquisition and up/cross-selling Spruce eCommerce products.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans and "access to power" with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and deliver monthly forecasts and thorough Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience selling revenue-generating SaaS or software solutions to SMBs or Mid-Market Enterprise Organizations.
  • Experience in the lumberyard, building material, hardware store, or home custom design project markets.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, including implementation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Franklin Covey or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Proven history of performance in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

  • Prior successful experience in start-ups.
  • Bachelor's degree.
