What you will do

• Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases.
• Translate emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to connect business strategy to execution.
• Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums.
• Contribute to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration.
• Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with dynamic and engaging personality, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments.
