Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $147,500 - $195,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global’s common libraries and infrastructure to support the rapid development of software features.
• Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and modifying systems.
• Build and own scalable microservices that are responsible for reliable and secure APIs.
• Work with SRE to improve software shipping experience and improve the speed and quality of iteration.
• Build internal developer platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design, test, and ship software.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, preferably in languages such as Java or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient with Kubernetes for container orchestration and managing scalable infrastructure.
• Skilled in SQL database design, including schema modeling and query optimization.
• Experience in the deployment and operation of production-quality, scalable software.
• Computer Science degree or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent).
