TL;DR

Sales Consultant (Adtech): Converting warm leads into loyal customers through consultative sales of online marketing solutions with an accent on understanding prospect goals and challenges. Focus on providing value to customers and driving results for the business in a fast-paced, one-call close environment.

Location: Hybrid role, reporting to the Waltham, MA, Boston, MA, or Loveland, CO office 3 days per week. The first week of training will be in person at our Waltham, MA office.

Salary: $46,000–$51,000 USD (base) + commission (on-target earnings of $20,000 annually; uncapped).

  • Convert warm leads into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Close new business daily in a fast-paced, one-call close environment.
  • Inspire small business owners to grow their businesses using digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand prospect goals, challenges, and marketing opportunities.
  • Provide consultative recommendations that deliver value to customers and drive results for the business.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant, successful sales experience.
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Motivated by a fast sales cycle and performance-based rewards.
  • Comfortable overcoming objections and navigating customer concerns.
  • Passionate about helping small businesses succeed.
  • Strong, persuasive communicator—both verbally and in writing.
