With an accent on supporting Senior Account Executives, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communications. Focus on achieving sales goals, accurate forecasting, and expanding personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills.

What you will do

  • Support and collaborate with Senior Account Executives and EAMs to manage and close new and add-on opportunities.
  • Develop existing accounts within the defined territory and focus account list.
  • Assist in maintaining commercial customer relationships and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
  • Independently manage and close add-on opportunities for customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with POD members on territory strategy.
  • Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce and provide timely opportunity updates and bookings forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years successful track record in sales development or sales (technology, software, B2B).
  • Ability to communicate complex technology and value propositions.
  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Security or SaaS sales experience.
  • Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity.
