What you will do
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota within the territory.
- Prospect into key accounts and collaborate with SDR partners.
- Approach prospective customers consultatively to develop needs and competitive strategies.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams to progress and win opportunities.
- Network with partners, customers, and key influencers to generate referrals.
- Execute the prescribed sales process and pursue professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full sales cycle, closing experience in complex sales processes, preferably in high technology.
- Proven track record of overachievement.
- Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is preferred.
- Ability to lead highly complex prospect engagements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems for managing contacts and tracking sales.
- Experience with high-volume call activity and email engagement platforms.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time or as business dictates.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
