TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid Market (Fleet Safety): Achieving sales goals by prospecting, executing the sales process, and closing new customers in the assigned territory with an accent on consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on meeting or exceeding KPIs for pipeline development, opportunity progression, and quota performance within the fleet safety industry.

Location: Remote within the United States, with ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD OTE (Annual on-target earnings, includes salary + uncapped monthly commission)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota within the territory.
  • Prospect into key accounts and collaborate with SDR partners.
  • Approach prospective customers consultatively to develop needs and competitive strategies.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional deal teams to progress and win opportunities.
  • Network with partners, customers, and key influencers to generate referrals.
  • Execute the prescribed sales process and pursue professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle, closing experience in complex sales processes, preferably in high technology.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is preferred.
  • Ability to lead highly complex prospect engagements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems for managing contacts and tracking sales.
  • Experience with high-volume call activity and email engagement platforms.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time or as business dictates.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
