Salary: $250,000 - $338,000 USD (SF/NY Hub)

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for design products and audiences.
• Partner with the Product team to contribute to the future of hirify.global with market and customer expertise.
• Craft differentiated messaging and positioning informed by user research and insights.
• Lead new product launches and campaigns.
• Develop presentations for product launches and events.
• Build and coach a small team of product marketers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product marketing or related marketing roles in the SaaS industry.
• 5+ years hiring, coaching, and managing direct reports or team leads.
• Demonstrated ability to become a product and domain expert in technical and AI products.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead partners at all levels and drive executive-level conversations.
