Location: Hybrid, based in California, US

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 USD (annual base salary in CA)

What you will do

  • Drive vision, roadmap, and development of next-generation liquidity and treasury payment solutions.
  • Utilize hirify.global’s tools (payments, custody, digital assets) to test and scale blockchain-powered solutions.
  • Build and communicate product stories and requirements to guide multi-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and maintain products critical to customer growth.
  • Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or digital asset industry, with 5-7 years in product management.
  • Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
  • Passion for payments, blockchain, and crypto ecosystem, and knowledge of financial markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical competence and understanding.
  • Desire to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional, diverse, and distributed teams.
