What you will do

• Champion the voice of enterprise security leaders and developers to ensure products deliver meaningful risk reduction with an intuitive developer experience.
• Own the product vision for Agents, setting a long-term strategy that aligns customer needs, market dynamics, and hirify.global’s mission to make software development secure by default.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and applied sciences to deliver developer-first experiences.
• Evangelize hirify.global developer-first Agents with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize investments and measure platform impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, product design, or related field.
• 5+ years experience working in application security, developer tools, or AI-driven products.
• Experience in delivering product vision and roadmap to executive audiences, including product and developer leadership.

• Deep expertise in application and developer experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in how AI is transforming software development and security, with a proven track record of building or integrating AI-driven capabilities.
• Experience influencing across broad organizations and working directly with enterprise customers and partners.
• Recognized thought leader in product management or security, with public speaking, writing, or mentoring experience.
