What you will do

• Build and scale the EMEA deployed engineering organization, handling hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Achieve technical wins by driving urgency and focus with customers across EMEA.
• Partner with hirify.global’s EMEA sales leader, sharing accountability for revenue and customer success.
• Lead technical strategy on enterprise opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders to shape evaluations and solution design.
• Differentiate hirify.global by articulating technical advantages and expertise in building and deploying agents in production.
• Co-create global playbooks and operating practices, contributing regional insights while maintaining global consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles at a dev tools, AI, or infrastructure company.
• Proven experience leading and scaling technical GTM teams across EMEA.
• Deep technical expertise in Python, software engineering, platform engineering, and solutions architecture.
• Experience working with developers and engineering-led buyers.
• Strong track record of leading complex enterprise technical engagements and building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Must be available to work in London, UK

Nice to have

• Familiarity with genAI, agents, observability, or open source software.
• Experience as an early member of a startup GTM organization.
