Location: This role is based onsite in San Francisco, United States.

What you will do

• Create the strategy for the value realization program across all hirify.global products.
• Develop and maintain standardized ROI and TCO calculators, codifying value frameworks.
• Design value realization plans for activation, workflow integration, and change management.
• Establish a structured value discovery process to identify high-impact use cases and define measurable outcomes.
• Publish value reports and build value hypotheses for C-level sponsors and investment decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to influence sales, renewals, and expansion strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience creating and scaling value realization, consulting, or engineering teams.
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience presenting quantified value to executives.
• Experience with enterprise telemetry, KPI tracking, or productivity measurement.
• Experience with large scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Capability to translate AI functionalities into financial impact and workforce transformation narratives.
