What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines and models supporting analytical and operational needs.
• Understand current data architectures and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and lead a data integration and completeness roadmap ensuring information availability, quality, and traceability.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and optimize data solutions using GCP tools like BigQuery, Dataform, Python, and Terraform.
• Promote data governance and literacy, while mentoring peers and improving engineering standards.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Experience working with Dataform or similar data modeling frameworks (e.g., dbt).
• Strong knowledge of Python for data processing and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of the data lifecycle and its impact on digital products and business decision-making.
• Fluency in Spanish required (team language); intermediate English for documentation and international collaboration.
