Salary: $152,000 - $209,000 (USD)

What you will do

• Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex G&A roles.
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
• Develop and amplify employment branding initiatives.
• Lead diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
