What you will do

• Set up and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across all relevant platforms.
• Undertake regular quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, pace, troubleshoot, and optimize to improve results.
• Produce detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often in Microsoft Excel.
• Write performance commentary delivering valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with line-manager, wider team, and the Global Hub team to support high-quality client work.

Requirements

• Develop knowledge of paid advertising across key social channels from activation to reporting.
• Ability to perform end-to-end setup and QA checks for paid social campaigns.
• Skill in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing campaign performance.
• Proficiency in producing detailed and accurate campaign performance reports, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of writing insightful performance commentary for clients.
• Effective management of workload and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
