Paid Social Business Director

Paid Social Business Director (Marketing): Leading client relationships and driving Paid Social maturity across the region, ensuring campaigns outperform media quality and performance KPIs. Focus on developing Paid Social strategy, identifying optimization opportunities, and managing onshore and offshore teams.

Location: Must have the right to work in the UK. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Drive Paid Social roadmap and foster a community across the region.
• Oversee best-in-class campaign activation and ensure the highest standard of delivery for clients.
• Take ultimate responsibility for client interaction and the success of the relationship.
• Drive growth by spotting new optimization opportunities, services, or products.
• Manage, motivate, and train individuals in line with business requirements and development needs.
• Ensure financial accuracy and maintain standards throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong ability to work within a matrix organization and confidence in managing onshore and offshore teams.
• Passionate about Paid Social as a channel and driving continued excellence.
• Proven experience in Paid Social multi-channel campaign activation and management.
• Experience in developing and leading client relationships.
• Exceptional people management skills, including support and development of junior team members.
• Understanding of core trading platforms, in particular DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
