- Prioritise improved customer and colleague experience of technology services.
- Provide factual and timely reporting to Execs.
- Ensure accurate use of the wider Problem Management process.
Requirements

- High level of care and a precise attention to detail.
- Confidence in leading and controlling large meetings.
- Ability to manage and progress a workload independently.
