What you will do

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex customer-reported issues and production bugs.
• Design and implement reliable fixes while minimizing risk to existing functionality.
• Take ownership of new development tasks, including designing and implementing new features and system improvements.
• Collaborate closely with support, QA, and product teams.
• Review code and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with .NET and C#.
• Proven ability to quickly understand existing systems and code, including reverse engineering complex codebases.
• Strong, methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and common design patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of RESTful services and API design.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production systems and customer environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
