TL;DR

Client Manager: Smooth execution of offline media planning and buying processes and managing client relationships with an accent on providing media and communication strategies and solutions driven by grounded data and research. Focus on overseeing the implementation of annual planning with the client team and ensuring high-quality, award-winning work.

Location: Hybrid in Istanbul, Turkey (four days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Execute offline media planning and buying processes.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a client visionary by understanding their business.
  • Provide media and communication strategies and data-driven solutions.
  • Develop well-structured media mixes with clearly defined goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee the implementation of annual planning and rally the client team.
  • Ensure the team produces high-quality, award-winning work that exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in client management.
  • Offline media knowledge is a must.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, innovative, and self-driven mindset.
