What you will do

• Lead the execution of the engineering strategy, ensuring high-quality and on-time deliveries.
• Make complex technical decisions, design architectures for high-performance products, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Resolve complex strategic issues using advanced technical knowledge and develop bespoke solutions.
• Lead engineering and operational excellence initiatives, establish metrics, and foster an innovative engineering culture.
• Write, test, and review code independently, and effectively communicate with engineering professionals.
• Mentor other software engineers and champion emerging technology trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software solution development (Ruby, Python, Java, or other languages if willing to learn).
• Hands-on experience in full-stack software development and DevOps.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of large complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts with experience in automated pipelines and platform testing.
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques, debugging, and root cause analysis, with proven experience in automated testing.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and providers, and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, TDD, BDD.
• Proficiency with Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, OpenStack ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ELK Stack, Kafka, monitoring tools (Monit, Telegraf, Prometheus).
• Database skills (relational DBs, SQL, Oracle).
