• Support sales teams with customer requests and learning resources.
• Assist customers with compliance needs, security questionnaires, and vendor registration.
• Create valuable video and knowledge base content.
• Facilitate customer office hours, demos, and technical consultations.
• Provide training to both customers and internal team members.
• Respond to vendor and legal requests for Go-to-market.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS/Security/Technology environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible way.
• Superior presentation and writing skills.
• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Adaptability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must work from your home country in the United States or Canada.
