What you will do

• Handle escalated technical support requests from the 1st line support team.
• Debug code and databases to identify and solve customer issues.
• Create work items on DevOps and manage tasks.
• Implement code or database fixes to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve knowledge across supported software and technologies.
• Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates on customer issues.
