Senior AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid work model, with a preference for the Espoo office in Finland, but other hirify.global offices in Finland are also possible. Must be based in Finland.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI solutions for business efficiency, designing and building AI-powered applications and services (e.g., RAG systems, AI agents, copilots).
• Provide technical leadership in various projects.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services (monitoring, logging, evaluation, cost control).
• Collaborate with business experts, CFOs, and data engineers to identify use cases and turn them into production solutions.
• Stay updated with AI/ML developments and propose new tools and approaches.

Requirements

• Proven track record in AI-related customer work, projects, or consultancy.
• 5+ years of experience programming in Python.
• Proficiency with Python, Azure, SQL, APIs, Langchain, RAG, Agents, FastAPI.
• Fluency in English, Finnish, or Swedish is required.
• Goal-oriented achiever with strong customer service and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Keen interest in AI and Data Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Typescript, JavaScript, React.
