What you will do

• Support digital sales leads by preparing sales materials, proposals, and availability checks for client briefs.
• Help set up, track, and manage live digital and podcast campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and timely reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information, assets, and updates for campaigns.
• Take ownership of third-party ACAST podcast campaigns — coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and sharing results.
• Assist with administrative and CRM tasks, including updating pipeline activity, organizing meetings, and keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
