Salary: €80,000–€100,000

What you will do

  • Master hirify.global’s AI platform through daily product interactions and real use cases.
  • Build assistants/workflows for yourself and the team.
  • Shadow and run customer workshops, 1:1 calls, and onboarding sessions.
  • Support the implementation of high-value use cases and integrations.
  • Shadow sales and partnership conversations.
  • Progress into a specialized commercial role after completion.

Requirements

  • Technical background and fluency to understand how technology works and explain it clearly to others.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for customers to get value from AI.
  • Anticipate customer needs, motivations, and pain points (customer empathy).
  • Early adopter of AI, excited about its possibilities.
  • Solid technical foundation (databases, APIs, cloud applications).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments.

  • Consistent record of achievement.
