Location: Remote within the UK and Ireland, with regular field-based travel required for meetings and industry events

What you will do

  • Identify and engage independent garages, repair centres, and business owners within the automotive aftermarket.
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet customers in person and remotely to understand their business needs and demonstrate GDS software and payment solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to successful close.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers, identifying opportunities for upsells and cloud upgrades.
  • Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer transition.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and sales forecasts.
  • Represent GDS at trade shows, industry events, and regional garage forums.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience selling into the automotive aftermarket, SaaS, or payments is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with new logo acquisition and proactive outbound sales activity.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working to defined targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role and manage time effectively.
