TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist: Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across revenue systems with an accent on managing deal entries, conducting weekly reconciliations, and maintaining the bookings-to-ARR tracking framework. Focus on preventing revenue leakage and commission errors by working independently across multiple systems.

Location: Hybrid in Duleek, Ireland

What you will do

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in deal data transfer between systems and validate all required fields are completed.
  • Export and reconcile data from multiple systems on a weekly basis, flagging discrepancies and investigating root causes.
  • Track customer activation status, triggering automated email sequences and notifying sales representatives of risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes for all flagged deals and provide weekly summary reports.
  • Document process improvements and assist with month-end close processes and ARR reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent written English communication skills for documentation and escalations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with billing systems (Maxio, Stripe, Zuora, or similar).
  • Background in B2B SaaS revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with subscription revenue models and metrics (MRR, ARR, churn).
  • Previous experience working with UK or European companies.
