Location: Onsite in Holborn - London, United Kingdom

hirify.global is a media and entertainment company developing a programmatic advertisement platform for its digital out-of-home advertising estate.

What you will do

Design and develop new features and enhancements, evolving platform architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, tech leads, and product owners.
Lead best practices, maintain high coding standards, and promote good development practices through code reviews and mentorship.
Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes, maintaining and improving pipelines, deployments, and production reliability.
Support production environments, monitoring and maintaining services to ensure performance and availability.
Drive innovation, continuously improving how to design, deliver, and scale the digital ad platform.

Requirements

Strong experience in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and RDBMS.
Experience with event-driven architectures and publish-subscribe systems such as Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS.
A focus on writing well-tested, maintainable code.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Terraform) and cloud-based environments (AWS EKS, Kubernetes).
A willingness to learn and work with other languages and technologies.
Must work onsite in London, United Kingdom.
