What you will do
- Define and refine the brand strategy, strengthening brand positioning and long-term direction.
- Translate strategic direction into effective brand marketing activities across channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, CRM, creative, product) to implement a holistic brand strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, driving synergies.
- Partner with the Creative Studio and agencies to deliver creative excellence and impactful communications.
- Liaise with research/data teams and engage in competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience in a similar brand marketing role.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning in a competitive digital landscape.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience briefing and managing creative teams, agencies, and content production.
- Professional fluency in both English and German.
Nice to have
- Training in evidence-based marketing.
- Expertise in performance marketing and/or CRM.
- Experience working for an e-commerce brand, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
