What you will do

• Ensure reliable regional IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Oversee managed service providers, evaluate performance, and support contract negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to anticipate regional IT needs and prioritize demand based on business requirements.
• Lead and support IT projects, plan regional initiatives, and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Corporate IT.
• Build strong relationships with local teams, provide timely support, and communicate IT updates and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with expertise in infrastructure, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security best practices.
• Proven experience managing vendors and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French and English required
