What you will do

• Identify and build partnerships with new clients and candidates.
• Support clients and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews using CRM database system and recruitment tools.
• Manage the full recruitment process from shortlisting to onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
• Proven track record in business development and recruitment.
• Driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual with resilience.
