Senior Field Finance Analyst (SaaS): Overseeing and optimizing financial performance by partnering with the Go-to-Market (Sales), Customer Success, and Marketing & Partnership teams with an accent on SaaS deal structures and leveraging data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Focus on optimizing the revenue engine and driving top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary finance lead for GTM budget owners, providing financial modeling to influence strategic decisions.
  • Own the financial validation process for complex deals, including payment terms and booking rules.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track North Star metrics such as ARR, ACV, Net Retention, and LTV/CAC.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly booking forecast calls.
  • Drive the validation process for complex commission structures.
  • Partner with product teams to build business cases for new features and evaluate their impact on billing models and revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Sales Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • High proficiency in Tableau and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of the ARR/ACV lifecycle.
  • Experience in a corporate or commercial finance capacity.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Fluent written & spoken English level required.
