Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Developing and executing go-to-market strategies and managing the full sales cycle for early- and late-stage fintech companies with an accent on building relationships with executive stakeholders. Focus on translating technical problems into simple solutions and becoming the go-to expert in the assigned verticals.

Location: Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from our SoHo office three days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays are core in-office days - the third is flexible.

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic verticals.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for early- and late-stage fintech companies.
• Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Be accountable for meeting/exceeding agreed-upon sales targets.
• Partner with Marketing on customer targeting, outbound campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates at every funnel stage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in quota carrying sales role, with demonstrated experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical products and APIs.
• Passion for achieving goals in an early/growth stage environment.
• Proven ability to take complex customer requirements and craft solutions.
• Strong writing, content development, and in-person and virtual presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or API-first companies is preferred.
