What you will do

• Master publisher concepts, workflows, and requirements, continuously learning.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve diverse client issues across the hirify.global Publisher Network.
• Act as a client-facing and publisher-facing representative, liaising with publishers.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple inbound requests, adhering to SLAs.
• Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to evaluate operational health and resolve issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or similar college-level education.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience writing SQL queries.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs.
• Basic experience writing scripts to iterate tasks or manipulate data.
