Salary: $157,500 (Base), On-Target Earnings (OTE): $315,000

What you will do
- Own and manage a sales territory, generating pipeline and closing complex deals.
- Identify and develop internal champions to accelerate decision-making within agencies and cities.
- Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify, forecast, and advance sales opportunities.
- Build pipeline and progress opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and partnerships.
- Deepen relationships with existing customers and new prospects, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health, driving revenue and impact.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle software sales experience, ideally in field or outside sales.
- 2+ years in enterprise sales experience.
- Proven success generating and closing new logo business and driving expansion within existing accounts.
- Strong command of value selling and experience using MEDDPICC.
- Ability to identify and develop internal champions and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Candidates must live local to the Florida territory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
