TL;DR

Regional Select Account Executive (Safety Tech): Driving new business and expanding accounts for a safety technology platform with an accent on strategic value selling and navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Location: 100% remote field sales opportunity, requiring regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons. Candidates must live local to the Florida territory.

Salary: $157,500 (Base), On-Target Earnings (OTE): $315,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage a sales territory, generating pipeline and closing complex deals.
  • Identify and develop internal champions to accelerate decision-making within agencies and cities.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify, forecast, and advance sales opportunities.
  • Build pipeline and progress opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Deepen relationships with existing customers and new prospects, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health, driving revenue and impact.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle software sales experience, ideally in field or outside sales.
  • 2+ years in enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven success generating and closing new logo business and driving expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strong command of value selling and experience using MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to identify and develop internal champions and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Candidates must live local to the Florida territory.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
