Salary: $174,000 - $205,000 USD

What you will do
- Design, run, and evolve the growth strategy for hirify.global Personal, spanning acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Launch rapid experiments across paid, organic, referral, and product channels to scale what works.
- Be hands-on, writing copy, launching ads, testing landing pages, and tweaking onboarding flows.
- Identify new channels, loops, and creative bets to unlock step-changes in user growth.
- Collaborate deeply with product, design, and engineering to embed growth into the product experience.
- Track key metrics like CAC, retention, LTV, and virality, focusing on learning velocity and compounding results.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth marketing, with experience as a founder or at an early stage, high-growth consumer startup.
- A generalist with experience across acquisition, lifecycle, and product-led growth.
- Comfortable with scrappy execution: testing, learning, talking to users, and building without waiting for process or polish.
- Analytical and creative in equal measure, capable of working from SQL to campaign copy and Figma mockups.
- Excited by ambiguity and speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious about AI-driven growth and automation tools.
