What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, product planning, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Data analyst or similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills for complex analysis and data transformations.
• Proven experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Strong ownership of data quality, consistency, and accuracy across dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data analysis or processing.
