What you will do

• Complete, extend, and maintain the central Kubernetes platform serving development teams.
• Implement security policies, disaster recovery strategies, and guardrails across the platform.
• Design and implement cloud-agnostic solutions supporting a multi-cloud strategy.
• Support development teams with onboarding and migration efforts.
• Create documentation and runbooks for platform adoption and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and automation frameworks.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including multi-tenancy, RBAC, networking, and cluster operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with extensive AWS experience.
• Extensive knowledge about Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform/Tofu, Terragrunt, and Crossplane.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Passion for developer experience and building self-service platforms.
