AV Account Executive

TL;DR

AV Account Executive: Supporting AV team in day-to-day client campaign management, focusing on TV, VOD, and cinema buying and administration. Focus on accurate campaign setup, financial adherence, and competitive analysis support.

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

What you will do

• Accurately set up and activate campaigns.
• Prepare and send weekly TV spot times to clients.
• Ensure best practice buying across accounts, maintaining accurate administration and reporting.
• Support responses to planning department briefs and contribute to competitive analysis reports.
• Input into client PCA’s and reports.
• Adhere to financial procedures and ensure SOX compliance for accounts.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn TV market principles and a basic understanding of cinema and the wider video landscape.
• Strong communication, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Demonstrable interest in your clients’ businesses and their respective markets.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
