What you will do

• Own and drive delivery strategy across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery planning, championing best practices and coaching Scrum teams.
• Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain high-quality delivery metrics, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and impediments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior delivery lead or scrum master role within Agile software development environments, ideally across multiple teams or programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scaling approaches) and project delivery governance.
• Experience managing complex dependencies, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive outcomes, and foster team accountability.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Knowledge of data privacy, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source LLM or MLOps projects.
• Experience in Finance sector and/or risk management.
• Experience in AWS Bedrock LLM models.
