What you will do
- Manage a variety of complex product-led projects/programmes that span one or multiple lines of business and regions.
- Drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic projects across Asia Pacific, partnering with the International Product team.
- Coordinate an Asia Pacific program-level plan and work with Platform teams to deliver outcomes.
- Own top-level issue and risk management for your projects, solving problems and removing impediments.
- Complete regular, high-quality reports on project status for senior management/executive review.
- Track, review, and manage top-level strategy and OKRs (objectives and key results) to drive real change across the organisation.
Requirements
- Strong record of delivery and execution against strategy, capable of managing multiple areas without losing speed.
- Proven ability to deliver on projects across different organisations and departments.
- Previous experience within or working with an IT department as a project manager.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and implement project management methodologies.
- Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; English: B2 required.

- Project or Programme Management certification (Lean Six Sigma, APMG, Prosci).
