What you will do

• Manage a variety of complex product-led projects/programmes that span one or multiple lines of business and regions.
• Drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic projects across Asia Pacific, partnering with the International Product team.
• Coordinate an Asia Pacific program-level plan and work with Platform teams to deliver outcomes.
• Own top-level issue and risk management for your projects, solving problems and removing impediments.
• Complete regular, high-quality reports on project status for senior management/executive review.
• Track, review, and manage top-level strategy and OKRs (objectives and key results) to drive real change across the organisation.

Requirements

• Strong record of delivery and execution against strategy, capable of managing multiple areas without losing speed.
• Proven ability to deliver on projects across different organisations and departments.
• Previous experience within or working with an IT department as a project manager.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and implement project management methodologies.
• Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; English: B2 required.

• Project or Programme Management certification (Lean Six Sigma, APMG, Prosci).
