hirify.global is a large corporation seeking a Software Architect for its marketing intelligence product.

What you will do

• Lead the design of complex, high-performance distributed systems, defining service boundaries and API contracts.
• Architect solutions balancing time-to-market, cost-efficiency, and long-term scalability to achieve marketing objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend specific technologies, frameworks, and tools, balancing modern trends with corporate standards.
• Provide expert architectural guidance and hands-off leadership to engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security implications, ensuring quality and observability from the start.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Software Architect or Principal Engineer role.
• Mandatory and demonstrable experience working with or directly supporting Marketing, AdTech, or Customer Experience (CX) domains, fluent in modern digital marketing organization goals.
• Mastery and hands-on experience with modern programming languages.
• Strong background in designing and implementing backend data systems (e.g., SQL generators, data modeling engines).
• Experience in data engineering AI/ML.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders (Product, Marketing) and technical teams.
