TL;DR

Big Data Solutions Architect (AI): Working with clients on short to medium-term big data challenges using the hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform with an accent on designing and building reference architectures, creating how-to's, and productionalizing customer use cases. Focus on guiding strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects, end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications.

Location: Based in our Germany offices (Munich). Travel up to 10% is required.

What you will do

• Design and build reference architectures and productionalize customer use cases for impactful technical projects.
• Scope professional services work with engagement managers and customer input.
• Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data and AI projects, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
• Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects to drive understanding, evaluation, and adoption of hirify.global.
• Provide escalated support for customer operational issues and ensure technical delivery meets customer needs.
• Work with Engineering and Customer Support to provide product feedback and guide rapid resolution for specific product and support issues.

Requirements

• Proficient in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics with a strong track record.
• Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing (Teradata, Synapse, Snowflake, or SAP).
• Working knowledge of two or more common Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with expertise in at least one.
• Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments and working knowledge of MLOps.
• Experience designing and deploying performant end-to-end data architectures.
• Experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
• English: B2 required.
