QA Tester (UI/UX & UAT)

TL;DR

QA Tester (UI/UX & UAT): Testing new and existing application features from an end-to-end user and business perspective with an accent on UAT and UI/UX validation across web and mobile platforms. Focus on writing and executing clear, well-structured test cases, managing the defect lifecycle, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Location: Hybrid: 2-3 days/week from the Vilnius office. Employment for employees in Lithuania only.

Salary: 2900 - 4200 gross (for employees in Lithuania only)

What you will do

• Test new and existing application features from an end-to-end user and business perspective, with a strong focus on UAT.
• Perform UI/UX validation to ensure smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Write, maintain, and execute clear, well-structured test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and real business flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
• Manage the defect lifecycle: reporting, retesting, and verifying fixes.
• Cooperate closely with Product, Project, Development, and QA teams to ensure smooth information flow.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in QA, UAT, or software testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with UAT and UI/UX testing, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Good working knowledge of JIRA (Epics, Stories, test execution, and defect workflows).
• Ability to create clear, structured test cases and scenarios from requirements.
• Strong understanding of test execution processes and defect management.
• Good communication skills, especially when clarifying requirements or explaining and defending reported issues.
