Location: Must be comfortable being in the office in Delft, Netherlands

Salary: €3,500 - €4,000

What you will do

  • Organize and maintain the executive team's calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Prepare board meetings by taking minutes and tracking action points.
  • Arrange travel plans to eight international offices.
  • Organize company events in collaboration with internal communications, event management, and project management teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable coordinating the needs and schedules of C-level Executives.
  • Experience creating minutes and board packs, both manually and digitally.
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  • B2 level of Dutch and fluency in English.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortable being in the office as well as having a day of concentrated work at home every now and then.
