Focus on building end-to-end solutions from prototype to production, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.

Location: Hybrid, team distributed across Germany and Slovenia. Primary office in Dresden, Germany.

What you will do

• Collaborate within a fast-moving team to stay on top of the latest advancements in AI.
• Work on discovery projects to learn and apply AI advancements to the product.
• Help teams integrate AI solutions from discovery into production features.
• Lead the evolution of AI architecture and supporting technology.
• Build new internal tools to help the company leverage Generative AI.
• Validate new approaches and spread learnings through all teams at LeanIX.

Requirements

• Staff level software engineering experience to build end-to-end solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience working and communicating across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts behind Generative AI.
• Proven interest in latest Generative AI developments and experience using it in business or internal experiments.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and AI Agents.
• Hands-on experience with building, extending, and improving Generative AI systems, including evaluation pipelines.
